The awards went over very good. This was the first awards presentation. I think they were very impressed and blown away by these presentations and the professionalism involved.
Mel Fisher award was a hit. His wife and 4 sons were there for this presentation and probably not a dry eye in the audience, especially Mel.

Carol, we received the replacement “Limited Edition Perpetual Silver Cup Award” today. It’s perfect!
I was so surprised and felt really bad (albeit in a good way J) when I saw you went the extra mile to replace the complete award, because I felt like I had already caused you enough trouble. I was only expecting to switch out the cup part of the award so you wouldn’t have to redo the artwork, especially since it was perfect the first time, --- but THANK YOU for being such a conscientious provider!

To whom it may concern:
I recently ordered your Limited Edition Silver Cup trophy with perpetual option for my fantasy football league. Vickie Hirsch assisted me with my purchase, keeping me informed of the progress of the order and answering all my questions every step of the way. Vickie delivered as promised on everything discussed and was a pleasure to deal with.
When I received the trophy, I noticed it had two small dents on either side of the cup. I emailed Vickie on Monday to let her know of the damage; she called me right away and said she'd have another trophy made and shipped to me right away. I received a new trophy - with no dents!- by Wednesday of the same week and it looks GREAT! Talk about customer service!
So, to Vickie, Drew in the art department, and everyone else at Trophy Awards, I thank you for a great product at a great price. But most of all thank you for treating me like my $98 order was the most important order in the whole company.

We got the samples, today! They are both gorgeous, and we got mixed raves about both…….but we did a democratic vote and the Platinum Diamond series (came out on top! I thought I’d let you know right away that we’ll need sixteen of them. I’ll get back to you with the engraving. I have them sitting on my credenza, and you may end up getting some additional business from passers-by. I’ll leave them on display for the next day or so to see if I can drum up any more business for you, and then get them back to you!
