Standard Turn Around Time

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

We want to provide you with a timeline that clearly communicates when your order will ship so that you can be confident your order will arrive prior to your celebration. All our awards are personally designed and crafted for your purpose, which is why we only start production after artwork approval. So our ability to fulfill our typical 5 day turnaround hinges on the cooperation of our customers to efficiently review and approve their proof.

To achieve this timeline, it is imperative that you approve your proof by 11:59 PM EST the day our graphic team sends your customized proof to you.

If proofs are not approved within that time, it will just mean that we will need to adjust the projected ship date.  Please be aware that national holidays do not count as business days and will cause the ship day to be modified by an additional day.

STEP ONE [ORDER]:

Once you have submitted your order, one of our Customer Care team members will review your order, confirm all information needed has been received, and enter it into our system within 24 hours. You will receive an order confirmation once this occurs. The fun has now begun!

STEP TWO [DESIGN]:

Your order will then move into our Graphic Design team’s window of responsibility, and within 24 hours an artwork proof will be emailed. We’re getting closer to a celebration!

STEP THREE [APPROVE]:

Check out that proof and approve it (or make changes if needed). Proofs will need to be approved by 11:59 pm the day you receive it to remain within standard turn around time.

[Proof approvals are not required on any repeat order under $250 and therefore go automatically into production]

STEP FOUR [CREATE]:

Once artwork has been approved, our production team will work diligently to complete your order within 3 business days. It’s Alive!…It’s Alive!

STEP FIVE [DELIVERY]:

All orders that require shipping will be sent out by our trusted shipping partner. Transit times from our location in Northern Kentucky can be found in the map HERE, but if you have any questions about this, please give us a call, and we would be happy to help bring clarity to your order’s transit time.

DO YOU HAVE A FASTER TURN-AROUND TIME?

YES, we offer Premium Services to help meet any turnaround time your celebration may require. These services are our Priority Service and expedited shipping services. These orders are best handled with the insights of our customer care team.  We promise we'll collaborate with you and let you know just how quickly we can complete the work and ship your order. 

We put our Priority orders to the front of the line - like FastPass at an amusement park. This service adds 35% to the merchandise total and generally covers the loss of efficiencies seen in the production process, but by adding Priority Service we can assure you your order will ship within 1 business day.
